Return Form

Please fill out the Streamline Industries Inc. Return Form COMPLETELY.

Do not send back any product without receiving a RA# first.

You may return products to Streamline within 14 days of original receipt for a full product refund except for brake lines.
All brake lines are made to order and are not able to be returned unless a mistake was made by Streamline.
All products must be new unused and in original Streamline packaging. Anything after the 14-day period is subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be approved for a refund at the discretion of Streamline.

Once your return arrives, expect a full refund minus your original shipping within 4-5 business days if approved.

If the reason for the return is due to an error made by Streamline, we also refund your original shipping cost.

If an incorrect part was received and it was due to a customer mistake, we will exchange the part for the correct one, but customer is responsible for return shipping. If it was a mistake by Streamline, we will be responsible for the return shipping of the correct part and please allow 3-5 business days for lever exchange processing.

It will be the Customers responsibility for all shipping to and from Streamline.
Streamline will not be held responsible for lost or damaged products in shipping.
Streamline will inspect the product and if found to be in new unused condition in original packing the return will be excepted.
Streamline will only except returns if the lever was originally purchase from Streamline Industries directly and you have a Streamline order number.
